RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Raj Bags, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products, secure shopping, and reliable customer support. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to return the product under the conditions outlined below.


7-DAY RETURN POLICY (Domestic Orders Only)

If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused,

  • In the same condition as received,

  • In its original packaging,

  • With all tags attached,

  • And accompanied by the original invoice.

Customers are strongly advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments at the time of delivery.


IMPORTANT NOTE

  • You must report the defect or issue within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@rajbags.in along with your Order ID and product photos/videos.

  • Returns will only be accepted after receiving a confirmation email or call from Raj Bags.

  • For orders with multiple defective items, please raise one single complaint. Pickup will be arranged only once.

  • No return requests will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.


RETURN CHARGES

Domestic Orders:
Raj Bags will arrange the pickup through our courier partner free of cost.
You do not need to pay any shipping charges for returning the product.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Email us at support@rajbags.in within 7 days of receiving your product.

  2. Wait for confirmation from Raj Bags before sending the product back.

  3. Ensure the product is:

    • Unused

    • Unaltered

    • In original packaging

    • With all original tags

  4. Include the invoice inside the return package.
    Returns without invoice or tag(s) will not be processed.


REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

A refund may not be processed if:

  • The product is used, damaged, or altered

  • The product is missing tags, original packaging, or invoice

Refund timelines:

  • For online payments (UPI / Cards / Wallets):
    Refund will be processed within 10–15 working days after the product reaches our warehouse.

  • If the original card/account used during purchase is no longer active, a bank transfer or cheque may be issued.

Refunds are always processed through the same payment method used during purchase unless otherwise required.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently do not offer product exchanges for orders placed on our website.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it and place a new order as needed.
