4. SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped from our warehouse, and we aim to deliver products within 3–7 business days of payment.

Deliveries occur between 9 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Important notes:

Orders require a delivery signature
We are not responsible for signatures by persons other than the intended recipient
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not the responsibility of Raj Bags
We are not liable for damage after successful delivery

If the package is tampered with or damaged, do not accept delivery.

5. DELIVERY CHARGES

Free shipping on all domestic orders, including replacement orders
If the customer is unreachable after three delivery attempts, Raj Bags reserves the right to cancel the order and issue in-store credit

6. CANCELLATIONS

By Customer

Exchange allowed within 20 days with original invoice and tags
No cash refunds
Exchange value will be based on original purchase price

24. IN-STORE CREDIT / WEB MONEY

Valid for 1 year from date of issue
Cannot be converted to cash
Can be partially redeemed
