Delivery Process:

• Deliveries occur between 9 AM – 7 PM, Monday–Saturday

• Products require a signature as proof of delivery

If you receive a package that is tampered, damaged, or not in good condition:

1. Do NOT accept the parcel

Title and risk of the product transfer to you once the shipment is handed to the courier.

Delivery Charges

• Free shipping on all orders across India (including replacements).

• Raj Bags will attempt delivery up to three times.
  If the customer is unreachable, Raj Bags may cancel the order and issue in-store credit.

Order Cancellation by Raj Bags

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive in-store credit.
